better than ever
crafty bastards was the best yet! So many fun people I met, and so many yarn fans. Unfortunately, I was completely exhausted already in the morning, and had a headache the. whole. day. I don't often get headaches! Ugh.
Anyhow, it was super fun, and we were cleaned out! Especially hats! Sarah Snargle was there much of the day helping out, or at least sitting and keeping me sane and answering knitterly questions. Very cool. She's also offered to knitknitknit hats and things. doubly cool. 40 days til the next one! Yay.
We finally got rid of bed #2 (again), so now I will have to organize the second room again into being more craft/yarn-storage friendly. But... our rent is going up a whopping $120 a month in December, so it really is time to get the fuck outta dodge. A realtor will be emailed shortly. I pray that we can afford some sort of house. Apartments/condos are getting old. I just don't like anyone who lives upstairs!
