Err I think you can really tell I'm Ryeowook biased hehe also I changed Yehsung's last name to fit the story. This is my first time to write any fanfic or story or ANYTHING!!! So I'm really really sorry if its an epic fail which... if you can be bothered to read you'll find it really is but Practise Makes Perfect... I hope :) xox
Ryeowook was 11 when his parents died in the house fire. Memories of his father covering Ryeowook's mouth with a piece of cloth, half-dragging, half-carrying him out of the house, then rushing back into the burning building for his mother only to never come out again, still haunt his dreams. He dreams that he's dizzy from the smoke, his vision blurred by the blazing flames and strong hands holding him back as he tries to rush in to find his parents. He howls in frustration as he tries to shake himself loose from the iron grasp of the fireman. He can hear his mother screaming from somewhere within the depths of the scorching fire. The bright orange and yellow flames lick the dark, moody sky as they climb up and up, consuming his childhood home in their burning mouth. The screams fall silent, the shouts around him fall silent and all that he can hear is the hiss of death and the rapid thumps of his heartbeat, slowing down till it froze with time itself.
After 5 long years Ryeowook was tiring of the unlimited pressure his foster parents had put on him. They had discovered his angelic voice and talent on the piano and had forced him to attend singing lessons, piano lessons, recitals etc. every day of the week. He had no free time so his friends soon left him. Ryeowook didn't really mind all the training but after he was left deserted, overworked and ill because of stress and depression, he decided enough was enough. So he ranaway silently in the depths of the night.
Ryeowook was not only skilled at singing and playing the piano but he was an excellent cook and knew that if he was going to get a job it would have to do with housekeeping. To his luck the Grand Cho Manor had sent out a poster looking for a young maid or butler and offered pocket money, food and shelter.
His first day found him standing in front of tall gates, shielding a magnificent garden that was like a well kept jungle with birds, butterflies and every type of plant you could imagine. The Manor itself was so huge and richly decorated that Ryeowook just stood and stared for at least 10 minutes. A firm hand on his shoulder jolted him out of his trance and he let out a squeal in surprise.
He turned around and in front of him stood a tall man with a warm smile an a handsome face. Ryeowook's cheeks lit up with embarrassment from being scared so easily.
'I...er...um...I'm...' Again Ryeowook cheeks glowed as he duck his head in a flimsy bow scolding himself. The stranger smiled brightly saying 'Hello, my name's Choi Siwon. I'm the security guard for the Cho Manor. Can I help You?' Ryeowook answered 'Thank you. I'm Ryeowook...,' he smiled brightly at the thought of working with someone as nice as Siwon,'I've applied to the Ad on Housekeeping.'
Siwon had a thoughtful look as he studied Ryeowook before putting another hand on his shoulder saying 'Great! Welcome to the Cho Manor, I think you'll be perfect for this job.' Ryeowook smiled and his cheeks glowed again slightly from the kind words.
Siwon led Ryeowook through the heavy gates, and now he could clearly see the brick path that elegantly wound its way to the double doors of the Mansion, but Siwon moved off this path and Ryeowook followed him onto a smaller yet by no means less elaborate one.
Next to the grand Mansion was another building about half the size but still far larger than any house Ryeowook had ever seen.

'...and here's your bedroom' Siwon opened the doors and Ryeowook stepped in side the luxury room awestruck by the house which was solely for the young masters : Cho Yehsung and Kyuhyun who he would be serving as cook, house keeper and playmate from then on.
It was 5 o'clock when Ryeowook stood next to Siwon awaiting the return of his new masters from school and college, ready to greet them for the very first time.
Yehsung (18) was tall, dark and totally cool. His eyes drilled into Ryeowook making the small youth feel uncomfortable and he fidgeted under the disturbing gaze.
Kyuhyun (16) was also taller than Ryeowook, although younger, and his eyes held the same coldness as his brother. Though his gaze was not as strong and was soon replaced with mischievousness as he smiled at Ryeowook cheekily.
'Hmm...' Kyuhyun hummed 'she's cute! What's your name?' Ryeowook blushed as he bowed low and said shakily 'Ryeowook, young master' 'Ryeowook?' Both brothers stared at Ryeowook who was looking at his shuffling feet.
Suddenly Yehsung's hand grabbed his chin and he forced Ryeowook to look up at him in the eye, causing Ryeowook to squeak. Yehsung continued to study Ryeowook for several minutes with Kyuhyun peaking over his shoulder. 'You're a boy?' the eldest asked simply. 'Huh? of course I'm a boy! Can't you tell-' Ryeowook bit his tongue as Siwon's hand on his shoulder made him remember his place. Yehsung lifted an eyebrow, let go of Ryeowook's chin and stepped past Ryeowook saying 'Welcome to our house... Ryeowookie' and Ryeowook flinched at the sarcastic and tormenting tone in his voice.
'Aw, don't mind him, Ryeowook.' Kyuhyun's hand brushed Ryeowook's cheek which was glowing a cherry red. Ryeowook smiled at the younger boy but it didn't last long as he saw the gleam of evil return to Kyuhyun's eyes. But it was gone as quickly as it had appeared and Ryeowook wondered if it was just his imagination.
Kyuhyun started to follow his brother but turned back to Ryeowook and asked 'Can I call you Wookie?' with a smile that melted Ryeowook's heart. 'Of course you can, if I can call you Kyu,' Kyuhyun grinned and nodded before bouncing off into the house.
'Well, now that you've met the young masters I can leave you. If you need anything just call the main house and ask for me and I'll do my best to help you' Siwon offered. 'Thank you... I hope I won't need too' Ryeowook said gratefully, and Siwon left the house laughing as he went.
Ryeowook turned back to the house, took a deep breath and walked into his new life.
