I have the answer!!!
I'm a bit excited to have learned that for a time I was the #1 listing on Google for the term "Retrograde Wheelbarrow". One of my favorite webcomics, http://xkcd.com/, had mentioned this, I posted about it, and instantly made the top of the list on Google. How fun is that? Well, in the interest of science, especially sexual science, I had to go hunting and have been pondering the nature of the Retrograde Wheelbarrow, specifically exactly how it could be accomplished.

We all know about the wheelbarrow position. It's not one we've all used, it does take some stamina. It looks SOMETHING like this:
Now the term retrograde in this case could be considered "going in the "wrong" direction - the direction opposite to the usual direction" (as provided by http://www.chfpatients.com/glossary_2.htm and my handy desk Merriam-Webster dictionary). I guess that could simply mean "up the butt"......
BUT I'M NOT SATISFIED BY THAT!
As I'm sure you're not either. So after more painstaking research I am happy to provide you, courtesy of the Kama Sutra, the RETROGRADE WHEELBARROW!!!!!
I'm sure we'll all be able to sleep better now knowing that the mystery has been solved.
