I have week in the life photos. Just haven't uploaded them. Instead, I've been working assloads of hours. Which means money for vacations so I'm not complaining.
Today, though... I went to bed about midnight last night, woke up about 11 this morning and was fast asleep by 230. Then I woke back up about 5 and got a shower. In the time I was awake, I watched:
Hooligans/Green Street Hooligans.
First - Charlie Hunnam is hot. No really, he's really hot. I'd see photos of him before as someone in a couple RPGs I was in used him as the PB choice for Zacharias Smith. But I didn't recognise him right away as he had a shaved head, which only increased his hotness exponentially.
I laughed at many inappropriate moments. First - because these guys take West Ham so seriously that they beat the shit out of people in honour of it. I mean, I love West Ham but they're sort of a shite team. That being said - I really liked this movie. I think it was well acted for the most part and Charlie Hunnam did a good job with the accent. It was rather violent but I expected that as it's (um, duh) about football hooligans. Elijah Wood was really good in this too. The entire journey was an interesting concept with how, with everything that happened to him, he sort of basically ended up where he started.
All of the enjoyment aside, I find myself getting embittered or blase about character death. I'm of the opinion that major character death should be used sparingly. It should never be used to solve a love triangle. It's a copout at times - the way a writer goes for a cheap emotional impact and that's how, in this movie, the death of Pete felt to me. It didn't pull at me, instead, it felt like a cheap shot. IDK if it's more that it's overused as a plot device anymore or if I'm just bitter (probably a little of A and a lot of B).

Tonight at Fry's, I wrote over a thousand words of a fanfic set in the Green Street Hooligans universe. The movie hit but IDK why it hit hard enough to cause ficcage.
Spent the Fourth working. Had a chance to dressdown but forgot. I blame chatting with

Am testdriving the Mazda 3 and the Mazda 6 tomorrow/later today.
