The mountains are pretty but they're covered in snow *blech*.

You can have it. My feet are freezing and it took me 20 minutes to find socks this morning. I miss my flip flops already.

This is the first time in over a year that I haven't worn open-toed shoes or flip flops. It's normally around 50 here and that's good enough for me to wear flip flops though I have a sweatshirt and jeans on with it.

Despite the lack of snow I have my sheepskin lined slippers keeping my toes toasty, and my Arran jumper on to keep me warm.

Is it still the slashfest deadline today? I'm finally bashing out the prologue thingy.

I don't even own a winter coat or gloves. I found a hat last night but then I promptly misplaced it.

I didn't realise Arizona was so warm in winter. I have 3 coats, 2 fleeces suitagle for mountaineers, thermal hats and gloves. What I don't have is chuffing snow!

It's in the fifties during the day at the coldest, normally. At night, it gets cold but I try to be in my nice warm house by then. When I woke up this morning, it was 24 degrees F.

I gave away all my coats and such when I moved away from Pennsylvania, thinking I wouldn't need them. I'm lucky I decided to hang onto that ice scraper for memory's sake.

I do have thermal underwear but that's for the rare occasions when I go camping.
