First Weekend of School
So it's the middle of the first weekend of school and I would say that things are going well. I'm a bit hungover, as can be expected, but overall it was worth it. I went over to Lars's last night and he cooked me dinner and then Lars, Halley, Kevin and I played asshole for a while and I was presidente like the whole game because I rock so much. Kesse came over and later this kid Dre and Greg came by and we all went to this party over on 17th and Baseline and partied it up til the cows came home. We met this nice guy named Dan who has a norwegian flag in his room just like Lars and I thought that was funny. We also ran into Bobby who we went to elementary school with and Kesse and I thought that was hilarious. Then we cruised on over to Jake and Michael's house to party some more and then walked over to another party Wes was at. The night ended with some stuffing of the faces with delicious food and a little Aqua Teen Hunger Force...that show is pretty funny.
Yesterday I went out to lunch with Katherine at Tra Lings and it was great to catch up with her and hear about her summer and whatnot. I'm excited that we have ochem together and we can struggle through it with style. I also talked to my ochem prof about the final and he said I could come on the alternate day which is soo super fantastic because I would majorly bomb both my anatomy and ochem finals if I had to take them on the same day I am pretty sure.
I played some pool this morning at Lars's and totally sucked it up. I've already taken one nap today but another may be in order. Kevin wants us to go with him to this international party tonight. It sounds like a pretty cool idea--dress up as someone from another country and bring the alcohol associated with that place. I'm also supposed to check out Michael's "sex on the beach" party and this girl Krista who lived upstairs from me last year also might be having a get together of sorts...man is it hard being so popular, I might just stay home and watch a movie. ;)
My place is looking a little trashed due to my lack of caring this past week so maybe I will get to that this afternoon...or maybe go for a bike ride...or maybe continue with my laziness and just watch tv or play video games. Sounds like an exciting life I lead, eh? Anything to keep me from doing homework on a Saturday, that's what I always say.
