Hey Mike, Rich and I have an acquaintance that manages his family owned hotel out in the Grantville area. We can contact him and see if he or one of his staff would able to help you out. Also have another acquaintance that works as a desk clerk at the HJ that might be able to help you out also.

I would be happy to help you with your paper if you'd like. Let me know if you still need help and if you'd want to do it via phone or e-mail. Phone would be more conducive for your paper being that you could ask for any expansion on questions.
For my background I am the Front Office Trainer at the Drury Inn in Amarillo, TX.
It's a mid-management position which involves phone interviews(stage 1 of the hiring process), employee orientation/training, emergency relief and tax filing.
