It's Official

i went to my new gay doctor on Friday. i haven't had a physical in a few years, so
it was time. The doctor i used to have was only in his office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and since i work out of town Mon-Thurs, that wasn't working anymore. The husbear kiwi59's doctor was moving and we really wanted someone we could ask those questions that would otherwise be "delicate" at a straight doctor. Hell, my last doc had never seen nip rings before me. Fuck that. This one we can ask just about anything...very liberating.
When was the last time somebody said THIS to you?
"Your urine looks fabulous!"
Apparantly my fluids and whatever is supposed to be swimming around in my piss is just fine and there's nothing weird...so i got THAT going for me. My prostate is in great shape too...anybody wanna find out for sure? But my blood pressure was pushing the upper limits of normal, so i have to watch that. Not too suprising, actually, since as you all know, i've put on a few pounds this year sitting on my ass at the not-so-new-anymore job. But now it's official:

woofer weighs 308 pounds!!

i was wondering how big i'd actually become. i haven't been on a scale in years...had no interest in the actual numbers...just knew i was pushing maximum density. Guess i need to do something...haven't we heard THAT before?
A lot of people have said that i have a big heart. Well, it's quite possible that they were RIGHT!! While reading my EKG, the doc said that it looked like my heart might be TOO big??? WTF? Nothing to be alarmed about...or whatever. So in two weeks i have to have an Echocardiogram which will tell me...hell if i know. Something to google, i guess.

The rest of the weekend was pretty uneventful. We saw "Aeon Flux" on Friday...it was pretty good. i didn't see the series, so i couldn't get "fanboy disappointed". The husbear called it "Adam & Eve on a Stick". Your mileage may vary. We did xmas cards on Saturday...a really bizarre picture this year. You'll see it closer to xmas. Hubby wasn't feeling too well, so we never finished the tree. The lights on it look great though (no thanx to me). We went for Ted Drewes' Frozen Custard in freezing cold weather. Call us traditionalists. Call us insane. Call us for a good time.
