Snow, Potatoes and Friends
The Mertzes awoke to their very first snowfall on Tuesday morning. It wasn't much, but it was enough to peak their interest. Plus, they discovered you could eat it! Bonus!!
i was making a Rösti for breakfast. i was about to put a plate over the pan to turn it over, but Matt said i should flip it. Fortunately, there was a lot of potatoes in the pan.
In the afternoon, we got to have a quick meet with Joey/profundojoe and Micheal who were passing through on their way home to Chicago. Hadn't seen them in a long time, so it was a nice little present.
