i Never Knew i Was A Cardinals Fan
Since we didn't stay out late on Saturday night, folks didn't get a chance to buy me birthday shots so i didn't have the hangover that this picture might suggest. Probably for the best.
Sunday was Cardinals Day and they were having a big celebration downtown at Busch Stadium. We had no intention of going. Sure, i dressed up in Cardinal drag, but it was really just an excuse to wear a lot of red. What is it? i used to hate red. Now i love it. i would say "grown-up tastes", but in my heart i know it's the exact opposite. And why not?
i was hoping to get some "birthday spankings" but outside drama put the kabosh on that so we didn't do much more than go to breakfast and take the kids to the park. Matt played his new "Battlefield 3" game and i went and saw "Ides of March" which was quite fun though you've seen this story before. Then packing for that last week in Minneapolis.
