Storm Clouds A'Brewin'
i swear, i shoulda just stayed home. i'm trying to rotate personnel off the team. They've been here a long time as well and have to put up with the idiot i have to deal with and they're sick of it. If i can't get them off the project, i risk losing them from the company. i proposed a new person for the team, but i don't think i presented her background very well and have to try again today. i hate dealing with personnel issues. That's why i didn't want a management position. i fucked up in reverse.
In other news, my throat continues to improve. Still painful lumps, but it's a duller pain now and i am weaning myself off the vicodin. i can still feel it in my ears too. Better...everyday better.
