Portugal Calling

Our company has "Community of Practice" email groups and if you need help, you can send out an email to ask if anyone else had run into a similar issue. A mail came through today that was right up my alley and i was bored reading technical designs and answered their question. They pinged me a bit later and asked to set up a call on our computers using "Office Communicator". It worked pretty good and as it turned out, they were in Portugal and needed to come up with an answer before heading home (some up to 300 miles). It was almost 11pm there and they had a solution (or at least a path forward). i was happy that i could help them get the f*ck out of there and go home.
