JUICY!!
Work kept piling up, but i was able to get away and pick up JD & Brad who took me to St Paul to the Nook for what is arguably the best burger in town: the Juicy Lucy.
Juicy Lucy's have the cheese on the inside. Add some grilled onions on the top and you've got a simple burger that is simply incredible. It was featured on Guy Fieri's "Diners, Dives & Drive-Ins" and deserved it. While we ate - don't let the cheese burn your mouth!! - i filled them in on all the fun they're gonna have this weekend on their first Hibearnation. Home tonight...can't wait!
