The Longest Day...The Longer Night
The longest day started hot and humid and early. It was a typical day, though, so nothing unusual. i left out of the office at about 7:30...no big deal. By the time i got to the hotel 20 minutes later, i was ready to check in and relax a bit. Once i settled in, i started working and then looked around and noticed something. In the lower left picture, you may notice it too. i only had my suitcase. Not too unusual, but on Monday night, i usually have three bags. my big one plus my toiletries bag and my black CPAP bag. DAMN, i'd left it at the office. And by then, it was too late for a 40-minute round trip. i would have to tough it out. Man, did i tell the difference. i kept waking up in the middle of my dreams. i haven't done that in a long time. i used to remember my dreams a lot more, but didn't realize that i was actually waking up so much. Last night, i was more cognizant. i had to have woken up at least 6 times. It's gonna be a long day. *sigh*
