You can tell by Sir Robert's face he's more rejuvenated ever since he took care of his heart. Good for Sir.

yeah, we've got Big Matt, Lil' Matt, Middle Matt and now boymatt (though you can also call him "houseboy" LOL!) Sir's been eating better and exercising. i'm really proud of Him. *hugz*
