Return To Dinkytown
Had a nice, pre-Thanksgiving dinner with John & Joseph (perkk & geometrician) at the Kafe 421 up in Dinkytown last night. It was great to see them again and even though we're in the same city, i hadn't seen John since Bear Pride! As we were heading there, John started telling me about the restaurant and it finally dawned on me that i had been there before. Just about two years ago, i was taken here by Logan & Deano (dodecadragon & deanosota) that i documented here. They were having a Tuesday night "date night" special that the college kids were taking advantage of, so we had to wait. It was a nice evening, though, so it was cool hanging out on the sidewalk goofing around and fiddling with Joseph's new mid-size Nikon. We got some good food and it was good to go back and good to spend time with these guys. WOOF!
