If there has ever been such a thing as a "gay date movie", this is it. i took Matthew to see it along with codeboi & buzzedoff and the (single-for-the-weekend) redhochipe at the gayest theatre in town, the Tivoli in U-City. i had read a little about this and someone had posted earlier in the week, so i sent out word that i'd like to go. We had a GREAT time!! Neurotic gay New Yorkers with neurotic hetero friends to include everyone's favorite faghag, Parker Posey, and Chris Kattan from SNL. The two leads were really cute too and i've seen them somewhere before. But it's funny and happy and crazy and goofy...indie production values (read: "low/no budget") and so-so acting, but go. You'll have fun.
We're off to the Zoo for the annual social of the BACC. i guess it's my "work coming out party". Should be interesting. Wish me luck! In the meantime, go see a movie with the one you love. HUGZ!
