A Full Day
We started our day by going over to the Botanical Garden, last seen in this post. It was a lot nicer with a lot fewer people around. After a few hours wandering around, we stopped by that really cool church that Matt chronicled here.
Matt took a little siesta while Sean and i took the wooferJeep out to pick up the poster that you guys voted for on Tuesday. That evening, we met up down at JJ's with Robert and gang with the intention of going to the Balloon Glow over in Forest Park, but they changed it up this year and the traffic was fucking insane. So we said "Happy Birthday" to Jeff (one of "the J's in JJ's") then went over to Clemintine's over in Soulard for dinner. Clem's is the oldest gay bar in STL - 35+ years - and they had prime rib night in their restaurant. Afterwards, we went down and did some night shots of the Arch and then checked out "The Light Project" before stopping back by JJ's. Fun times.
