Ten hour days, but all i do is chase others to fix things and try and come up with reports and do meetings. i can't fix these things myself. i wish something on my part of the system would break so i could work on it. i need to find a different project.
Robert and his hubby Steve picked up Matt at the house and then they picked me up at the office and we headed over to Illinois for a funeral. Jerry, of Jeff & Jerry - the J's in JJ's - mom passed on Sunday. Cancer. She had been going for awhile. Luckily, she got to see Jeff & Jerry get married - OK, "committed"...this is Missouri, afterall. i just realized that i never around to posting about that; it was Pride Sunday. She was a good woman and we got to meet a few times back when Jeff & Jerry used to live across the street and we'd take Coco over for play dates with Jake and Alli, their dogs. She had a great time at the wedding, happily introducing herself to everyone there at the Clubhouse and when she got to dance with Jeff, it was like she was dancing on air. She went out on top.
When we got home, i realised that i still hadn't taken a picture and Matt had already gone in the house. i look like a rejected extra from the original "Night of the Living Dead", don't i?
