All Quiet On The Front
Well, i guess that $100k was the magic price point. vamapper noticed that the house next door had gotten a "contingent" addition to the listing and was marked "contract pending". When we went through the house the night before last - easy since Matt is a realtor - we noticed a contract offer for 101k on the kitchen table with a rider for 3k back at closing (98k), so they may have gone with that. There was one couple that came to the last open house who were supposedly on their second look. They seemed like nice enough people, youngish retirees, but the husband was one of those types who constantly wore their little bluetooth earpiece but didn't talk on the phone that much. You know the type. We shall see...
Matt was off killing zombies with Lance last night, so it was just Coco and me. i worked on a charity website that i am way behind on - you get what you pay for and i'm doing it for free - and watched the first two episodes of the "John Adams" miniseries i've had on the TiVo which is really amazing.
