Snuggles Never Go Out Of Style
i worked down at the local client office...kinda. i'd done enough work for them this week and i coulda stayed home and worked, but i needed to be on their network to do a few things, so i went downtown. After work i drove out to Fenton, across from the Chrysler plant, to pick up the posters for the Mr Heartland Bear contest - for which i'm still looking for out-of-town judges (2 nights hotel and 3 meals provided!!) - so if you're interested, let me know. Alas, not being that familiar with the traffic, i was about 5 or 10 minutes late. They close at 5pm and are only open M-F. Damn!! On my way home, as i exited the freeway, i just happened to catch up with my beloved kiwi59 who was on his way home from work. When we got back to the house, we both decided that cocktails were in order, so we let Coco out and then headed down to JJ's for happy hour. There were a lot more of our friends there than we had anticipated so a good time was had by all! We were in bed by 10pm and didn't get up until 9 this morning. i'd woke up about 5:15 having to pee and thought that i could stay until the alarm goes off at 6. Then i remembered that it was Saturday. i didn't need to wait. The alarm wasn't going to go off. mmmm...it's good to be home.
