Snowday in March
With almost 10 inches of snow - IN MARCH!! - i headed over to Tower Grove Park to play in the snow...FUN!
i love four-wheeling in the snow...even if it IS just here in the city. Oh well, we do what we can. i was going to get some gas and go to the post office and get some bad food, but i found at the gas station that i left my wallet at home. Oh well. By the time i got back to the house, the snow had tapered off, so i shoveled the walk out to the street. No sooner did i get done shoveling the 6 inches that had already fallen, it started back up again and we got 2 more. Matt got home a little early (snowday!!) and we warmed up. With most restaurants closed by the snow, we took advantage of our 4-wheel-drive and got to the 3 Monkeys to have dinner with Lance and Ken. A bit pricey for a fancy pizza, but good. They said that 20 miles north or south of the city they only got maybe 3 inches...lucky us.
