Allright...  MFF is in two weeks...  Anyone else OMG FREAKED OUT?!?

Those who've already agreed to work should have their work schedules either now, or soon, so here's the schedule, in print, of when I'll need you...  If something almost, but doesn't work for you, let me know.  If you've agreed to work, please re-confirm the exact days and times you're free.  If you've not already agreed to work but are interested in helping out, please let me know here!

Thursday, November 20th -- 8.00A to 1.00P (8 Gopher Hours)
08.15A - 08.30A     --     Meet in the main hotel lobby, arrange car-pools.  (Or see next step.)
08.30A - 09.00A     --     Drive to the storage unit in Rolling Meadows.  (Or, meet kai_darkwolf at the storage unit.)
09.00A - 11.00A     --     Load everything from the 10'x15' Storage unit, into the 7' x 14' Truck.
11.00A - 11.30A     --     Return to the Hotel, fully loaded.
11.30A - 12.30P     --     Unload the Truck into the hotel.
12.30P - 01.30P     --     Pizza, anyone?  *NOM, NOM*

Thursday, November 20th ≈ 4.30P to 5.30P (2 Gopher Hours)
04.30P - 05.30P     --     Meet in the main hotel lobby, unload the truck of con-suite supplies.

Sunday, November 23rd -- 6.00P to 7.30P (3 Gopher Hours)  - Follows closing ceremonies.
06.00P - 06.30P     --     River Ballroom BC for Art Show Teardown and truck load-in.
06.30P - 07.00P     --     Ravinia DEF for Main Stage Teardown and truck load-in.
07.00P - 07.30P     --     Restaurant off lobby for Con Suite / Den truck load-in.
07.30P - 08.00P     --     Staff Appreciation Pizza Party!!!

Monday, November 24th -- 11.30A to 2.00P (4 Gopher Hours)
11.30A - 12.00P     --     Meet in the main hotel lobby, arrange car-pools.
12.00P - 12.30P     --     Drive to the storage unit in Rolling Meadows.
12.30P - 01.30P     --     Unload the Truck, into the 10'x15' Storage Unit.
01.30P - 02.00P     --     Return to the Hotel.  (Or leave off from there.)
