12 of 12: When I was super busy the day before then slept through the day
So, this weekend, my friends Koko, glasswinged (Macy), Marla and Anton came over to Singapore and luckily, I was here this weekend. In fact, I managed to take Friday off to take them around, Saturday to hang out together. And then the 12th fell on a Sunday when they left (at least Koko and Macy did) and I fell asleep almost the entire day as you'll see below.
Still, it was a pretty good Sunday all things considered. Also known as the calm before the storm that would be the 20th of March when we'd have a big presentation for work which means working over the weekend before. Still lucky to have spent the weekend with friends.

01. 12:09am, Bus 27
And so I've brought Macy and Koko to the airport and I'm heading back home on a bus. I miss taking this bus and I miss having the lazy time to just sit and stay chill and look out the window. Need more of this.

But wait, thanks to Macy and Koko, I'm back to playing TsumTsum AFTER FOREVER (3 years) of not playing it. They're still so into it and having visited many TsumTsum stores while they were visiting, made me fall back into the hole.

It's not a surprise that I'm totally living out of a suitcase these days and I just leave it open to air when I'm not packing yet and when i've taken out my clothes form the past week. This has been my usual now. I'm used to living week to week.

Oh hello, journal. I've been ok about keeping up but I've also been catching up every 2-3 days. I need to be more religious about doing it every single day when I get back but I get lazy and sleepy and just zone out. So far though, still on track-ish.

I've been helping my brother and sister-in-law with their RSVPs from our side of the family for their June wedding in Bali and so far, I think i'm on track to getting everyone's responses. I wish my uncles in the US could attend but alas.

And it's lunch time! I always try to get some hawker food when I'm back just because I'm always eating fast food when I'm in Jakarta. Not that I don't have a choice, it's just so convenient. It's also nice to be out in the sunshine like this.

Riverdale. Yes, I watch and yes, it's interesting. Not sure how into it I am or obsessed but it's pretty fun to watch and their adaptation is pretty bananas. Betty is also so pretty. I can't get my eyes off her when she's on screen.

Hello, carrot cake. I've missed you so. It seems to be a weekly ritual now to have some carrot cake over the weekend when I can. And because it was a treat yo self kind of day, I had both black and white. yes, I ate it all without sharing.

Oh look, i fell asleep! But also while i was asleep, my friend Marla and Anton got engaged and so I'm off to meet them for drinks even though I was supposed to a) go to yoga and b) since I missed yoga by napping, stay in bed. But friends only get engaged once/

Marla's ring is gorgeous and I purposely ordered yellow food to match her yellow ring! I didn't know yo could have a yellow stone and I didn't know Marla wanted it yellow but Anton chose well and it looks so nice on her hand. i'm excited for their wedding already.

This place is pretty cool, too. I've seen it passing by but have never really gone to the restaurant. Though i'm no beer connoisseur, it's got a pretty wide selection. I'm particular to lighter ales so mine was awesome.

And it's my Sunday night run which I've been putting off since forever so I might as well do it. It's crazy cause I get to do my 2 runs in Jakarta in the gym pretty early on in the week then when I get back to Singapore, it's laziness central. Oh well. Done.
