for the ones next to the userpics? I made a table that had four columns. two of the columns I sized to 100px so that it would fit only the userpic. then the ones with the text eventually resized themselves to what's left of the table, thus the text aligns to the left.
as for the headings for Gossip Girl, 90210 etc? I used an < h5 > tag which i coded in my layout to be formatted as flush left.
hope i answered it and if i didn't, let's try to do this again :D hehe
Thanks. It is really easy to break the head with all these tables and columns. I have understood that it's better to begin blogging only after different html tutorials.
i know that this kind of questions probably annoy you and it's cool if you decide not to answer but still ... ;)
how did you do that your layouts looked like that (i mean this cool somehow-news-newspaper look)? and how to make a community layout to look like that? because it's obviously awesome :D
first off, not annoying at all. believe me, you should hear the annoying questions i have for you and your awesome graphics haha.
First off, I can't take credit for the layouts because a) i rip it off a website (in the example here www.buzzfeed.com) and modify~ it to my liking b) it's all thanks to the AWESOME css tutorial of cartonage. She has the most easy to understand CSS guide for Flexible Squares thus my being able to build it.
if you need help with a layout for a comm (is it kstewartfans?), I'm willing to help you out. Just give me the website you want to ~rip off lol or whatever or the colorscheme and i'll see what i can do. i cant' guarantee it will be made really fast but i'll see what i can do ;)
thank you so much for answering me :) i was thinking about doing something similar for twilightsagafan. but please don't worry, i don't want to take your free time :)
it's cool ;) i know real life is important too lol
well you know i could help you out. don't be shy. i lurk there :D and i can't imagine all the hard work you guys put to it considering it's an all encompassing comm ;)
so anything i can do to help, just holler. don't be shy at all.

when you make a table, you start with this code

that way your table flushes LEFT :)
