ok here is some weight loss help: drink LOTS of water (Yupp even when your hungry.. drink first.. you will snack lesss)
Allow time to settle before going back for seconds... in fact wait about 5 mins.
Allow a few mins to pass after drinking water before eating... this way the water has the time to make it to the tummy.
WHOLE GRAINS... HIGH FIBER... the fiber will fill you up faster and stay with you longer.
walk at least a hour... 3 xs a day... allow 5 mins warmup.. stretch.. then 20 mins of hard walking... you want your heart rate up... and definatly break a sweat!!! Then use the last 5 mins to slowly walk... and stretch.
USE a SMALLER plate when your getting your meals ready. Its the mind over matter thing. Believ it or not its easy to fill up on a smaller plate then a larger one.
eat salads!!! And lots of fresh VEGGIES!!!
When craving sweets... eat applesauce... and lots of fresh fruits.
hope that helps. also watch the starches like white rices... potatoes.. those are easier to get more calories that way.
