I know it wasn't the 4th or even July yet, but Wright Pat had their fireworks last night. Have an aunt who lives close to the base so the family gathered at her place to watch. Also had a little air show, actually a fly over, where planes flew over. Could see them pretty good as they were kind of low, don't know much about planes so can't say what they were but one of them was a stealth.
The fireworks were pretty good, not the best, but not bad for a july 30th show.
Still hoping for when I can sit and watch them with a special lady, always thought it seems so romantic, maybe next year.
Wanted to go to the Reds game, they were having a fireworks show after, but didn't think about until Thursday and when I looked online for tickets the cheapest still available were $17. My brother and I are to cheap to pay that much so we decided against it. Of course it ends up being the most exciting game of the year the Reds win on a two out 9th inning grandslam 9-8.
