Busy day
Pennsic writeup is coming soon, really!
Today was jam-packed... I took the mini-monkey to Morris Arboretum this morning, and we ran around like crazy checking out the garden train setup, the Treehouse Walkway, the log cabin, the sculpture garden, etc. Then we stopped at Produce Junction to take care of her fruit addiction, before indulging ourselves at Velvet Sky Cupcake bakery (chocolate with raspberry buttercream frosting for her, chocolate with caramel macchiato frosting for me -- highly recommended!). We both decided we wanted something to drink with our cupcakes, so we hiked all the way from there to the Dunkin Donuts for juice and iced coffee. Then we came home and I spent ~1.5 hours weeding the herb garden (I *seriously* need to do that more often, argh!), during which E & J stopped by for a very pleasant surprise visit. Then, after I was done keeling over from stooping over that many #$%@ weeds, the Ladies' Champion, the sprout, and I went to the mall to run an errand, have dinner in the food court, and ride the carousel.
I am happy, but tired. SO VERY TIRED.
And tomorrow I promised I'd take the sprout to Sesame Place... pray for me, everyone?
