Seriously, how many easily accessible rauschpfeife players are there?
As far as lessons cost - what are the per-hourly rates of other music instructors for private lessons? Don't sell yourself short. You're going to have to formulate a lesson plan and that takes work.

Actually, Joan Kimball and Bob Wiemken are in the Philly area, and have a strong track record of working with amateurs. They usually focus on shawms and dulcians, but I suspect that they would know their way around a rauschpfeiffe :-)
