tonight i had a "chile beer". Its name describes it well. It is chile flavored and even has a chile in the bottle. My friend likened it to drinking hot sauce. As some of you know, i am anti-spicy. I've always been sort of terrified of it. I've never gotten the idea of putting some form of pain with consumption. Regardless, i had a chile beer tonight, just to try something new. It burned my mouth from the first gulp and at first i started to freak out, but after a couple of seconds i got used to it and it left this really pleasant after tingle in the back of my throat. I have to admit...i did not hate it. So... yeah, yay spicy,
i am very pleased with this summer so far. I wasn't so optimistic about my happiness and this summer in general about a month ago, but now i'm really pleasantly surprised with how content i am at the moment with how my life is progressing this summer.
also, i leave august 25th for germany for 11 months. so i want to see all of you. a lot.
