so i've been sick with a cold for the past 2 weeks or so, and i'm finally almost better. i go to work today (at Myer haha) with my dry cough and my water, and i serve this lady. i cough suddenly in front of her - covering my mouth and everything - and she gets really freaked out.
Me: *coughs*
Her: *starts backing away* are you sick?
Me: ... i have been, but im better now.
Her: when you cough, you should face away from everybody
Me: ... I see. I'll do that.
Her: you do know that swine flu is going around now?
Me: yes, i do.
did she just tell me i had swine flu?! uh...
Me: *coughs*
