In other news, I bummed a fixed-gear bike off a hostel on the south island and rode it around for a couple hours. It was pretty flat there, but still hard to get the hang of, so I took it down to the beach and was riding around in the sand getting a tan and goofing around. Then I got pulled over by the kiwi police for not wearing a helmet. So I've decided I don't like fixed gear bikes. They look wicked cool, but I'll stick with my 70's Schwinn ten speed.

My friend Nat knows the guy who started the site and if you don't have a picture site, or aren't happy with the one you have, use eachday because it seriously is the shit. Oh, and it categorizes your pictures on a calendar, so they're sorted by when they happened. Very cool.
