Sometime between Sunday morning and Monday night, I messed up my knee, and I have no idea what I did.

Part of me wants to blame the Real Bright Idea I had to go running in the early Sunday morning clear-sky, deceptive-sunshine with a balmy forecast of 4 C. It was lies. All lies. It might have been clear-skies and deceptive-sunshine, but the 4 C

It's doing well so far. I've had it wrapped up all day, so between the topical cream, elevation, and keeping my weight off, it seems to be doing better for now.
