deep thought

I have just finished watching the movie What the Bleep Do We Know. If you have any feeling you would like to have a truly spiritual experience than open your mind and watch this film. It talks about spirituality and god from a truly scientific point of view. Think about quantum-physics and metaphysics as this: We are all created from atoms. Atoms are simply points of energy that are drawn together into regular patterns. If you look at it that way then I am truly no different than the chair I am sitting on. The true difference is that for some reason I have been touched by consciousness, the ability to change and influence the world around me. My attitude effects the world around me. They talked about how we are all addicted, it is the nature of consciousness, with out it we would be no different than the rock in a field or the air that blows by us. but it is those addictions that change us. We are drawn to neural chemicals and the feelings they produce within our makeup. so it can be said that if our thoughts and directions can influence the chemicals and energy patterns in our bodies then they will also effect the world around us. For instance if someone is happy you are automatically drawn to be happy when around them, and negative thought often pulls the thoughts around that person down as well. It also means that any part of our lives can be changed if we are willing to challenge ourselves to go through the withdrawal that memory invokes in us.
Withdrawal in a drug addict is caused by an increase or decrease in chemicals that attach to certain receptor sites in the neurons. Those same receptor sits are activated by memories, thoughts and patterns of habit. The habits and memories are also addictions. We strive to fulfill all of our addictions emotional and physical. Addictions are not bad or good they simply are choices we have made, and continue to make in order to fulfill the chemical needs with in our bodies.
This being said maybe we all need to just take a moment to think about where we get our chemical stimulation and make plans to increase those we consider healthy, and decrease the amount we consider unhealthy. The real question is how to do that.
