Time management tool

I discovered/invented/reinvented a time management tool (it's quite likely it already exists, but it was new to me).

Last week I felt I had too many tasks to keep track of, so I made a simple Excel sheet showing the tasks and their start dates and deadlines:

That's really neat! I don't think I've seen that before.

That's very neat - and not something I've seen before either!

(For me, splitting tasks each day is less effective than getting one finished before I start the next. But sometimes it's necessary. And not everyone is me.)
