More reviews are forthcoming, like I said before. I'm working on them now, but my internet has gone back to being absolute shit and so I kind of want to wait until I can upload the highlight tracks before I post anything. On that note, if anyone knows anything about wireless networking, I'm looking to figure out how to lock ours. I get the impression that someone not living in our apartment is leeching off of our network and that's why it's so slow, but I don't know anything about wireless and so I'm not sure how to go about locking it. Tips?
In other news, I am so fucking sick I don't even know what to do with myself. I went to the pharmacist yesterday and was able to successfully purchase (in French!) some nasal spray which is in fact remarkably effective, but does very little for my body ache, sore throat or general sense of illness. I've been in bed all day today and it looks like I might be lying low all weekend, which sucks because I was supposed to go to the clinic sometime in these coming days to get my foot X-rayed. I don't think I've ever had a medical condition before that was compounded by some other illness that was completely unrelated. Lame!
I would really like a new layout, but none of the other ones that LJ provides are really appealing to me and I have no idea how to do my own overrides. Again, tips? I don't want anything fancy, just clean, neat and bright. I mostly just hate seeing my tags on the left there.

Lazer Life by the Blood Brothers, off of their latest, Young Machetes.
I think this song is amazingly catchy. It is not everyone's catchy and I'm sure there are those who will scoff at me for using the word in relation to the Blood Brothers, but the keyboards and chorus definitely get my booty shaking every time. It's good to have these boys off of my shit list again. My one complaint? A distinct lack of Cody Votolato in this video. Damn, that boy is cute.
I Don't Love You by My Chemical Romance, off of their latest, The Black Parade.
Not my favorite track off of The Black Parade, but it's definitely growing on me. This video distinctly reminds me of AFI's Girl's Not Grey, which I'm sure at least a few of you will remember me shitting my pants over some four years ago (I can't believe it's been that long!). I love Gerard to death, but his facial expressions do make me giggle a little bit here. Overall, though, I like the video and I'm liking the song more and more - definitely worth a gander. My one complaint? A distinct lack of Frank Iero in this video. Damn, that boy is cute.
Tokyoto by The Velvet Teen, off of their latest, Cum Laude!.
I really, really wish they'd release a high-quality version of this video. I love it, love it, love it and I really would like to try and dissect it, but watching the crappy YouTube-quality version gets on my nerves after a while. Not for the epileptics among you, but I stand by the notion that there is a great deal more to this video than strobe lights and megaphones (but gosh, I sure do love that megaphone). My one complaint? Ah, fuck it, there's lots of Judah Nagler in this video, he's just a little strobed out (but his hair! Green! Precious!) Check it out, folks.
I've been eating this pomegranate for 6 hours and it's only about a third gone. Most awesome bored food ever, fer sher. Also, Alpro chocolate soya milk in juice-box size is the shit. Belgium rocks!
