Ug!
I feel like my head if going to explode!!! I don't know what this is. I guess it might be a migraine. But I'm not sure. Only an ice pack on the back of my neck gives me any relief. Pinched nerve maybe in my neck or back? I went to Web MD and they said it could be sinus infection. Well, whatever it is, it makes me want to take my head off and put it in could water.
