“Carl and Russell are taking a trip up, up and away, yanking a whole house from its foundations, courtesy of a colorful bouquet of helium balloons, and you’re coming along for the ride.”
The Review, Per Se:

The Good

The story has the elegant simplicity of a children's picture book. Forced to leave his house, Carl decides simply to take it with him. So, after tying thousands of balloons to it, he flies off to Peru -- not realizing, unfortunately, that he has an 8-year-old stowaway on board, Russell, intent on earning his Wilderness Explorer badge.
Unlike most cartoons, which go for cutesy caricature, this one is practically a geometry lesson; ornery widower Carl is all squares and rectangles, pesky pudgy Russell a rolling mass of circles and ovals.
“Up” is really, really good-looking, with vibrant colors popping, imaginative scenery flowing, and none of the usual 3D gimmicks. It’s also impeccably scored, laugh - out - loud hilarious, and features moments between Carl and Ellie that are as playful, moving and heartbreaking as anything in a top-notch, live-action romance.

I won’t tell you any of their adventures; because it’s just something you’ll have to watch for yourself.

The Bad

Russell is just too fat.

PS: Happy Bday Mama.

...did you actually write that yourself?

If so, please write something proper for "The Bad." Please remember that your review really is going to be published, and Sir Davila will have to read and edit it beforehand. Also, he will know it was you.

Re PS: It's MOMMY, actually. Mama's birthday isn't until next year! Tsk tsk tsk Carter.
