Okay it's been over a month. Idek okay.
BUT IF YOU ARE IN NC, PLEASE GO VOTE AGAINST THIS BIGOTED BULLSHIT TODAY.
From what I've read it goes beyond just homophobia, too; similar legislation in other states has lead to such ridiculosity as domestic abusers (in straight relationships!) going free, b/c the state no longer recognizes the relationships involved. How does that even work? Jfc, I really have no idea, it doesn't make any damn sense in the first place, and I don't have any time to fact check right now. Point is, this is utterly vile on multiple fronts, not that I needed any more reasons to hate it in the first place.
Now to figure out what I'm supposed to do in order to vote, since I'm not showing up as registered, despite them having told me when I got my license renewed last September that I was! JOY.
