Well the autopsy results are in
Apparently Sigung, my martial arts instructor died in a freak hammock accident. He was lying down on a hammock tied to a tree with a rotten base. The trunk broke, and hit him in the head. He made it into the house where he succumbed to blunt force trauma.
I guess I'm glad that his death was accidental, but it seems all the more senseless now. Part of me wants to laugh at the phrase "freak hammock accident" and part of me wants to cry that a good man who was extraordinarily devoted to his one big passion will be forever tied to the phrase "freak hammock accident"
