Neon Power.
Long live the Neon. No more Neon power for val. The car has been donated to the lung society...they picked up yesterday and now I drive the ford tempo my aunt gave me. The good ol' american car!
Actually I'll tell you the more interesting less truthful story...I pushed the car out on the 495 and 37 and half cars later it was dead and gone. Along with many other cars, a bus full of kids, and there were many other mangled things...i assume bodies...but couldn't really tell. And now I have a wad of cash from the insurance company. yay me!
Anyways...my aunt gave me her car probably about a month or two ago and I've been driving that while finding a charity that would take the neon. So i finally did and now I have no more red neon in my life. I'll miss it but the tempo so far is a much better car. It's a 1980 someting but my aunt never drove it so it only have 23,000 miles on it and I think I just finished getting all the kinks out of it and have gotten the car use to being a car again so it's running great...much better than the neon. And it's for the better...my bank account will be much much happier now (sort of....i still have to buy photo supplies and such) but now i don't have to pay for a money sucking car and super expensive photo supplies.
So laura will just have to carry the neon power torch (if we had a torch than she could carry it like in the olympics). The neon power for me is in spirt. Long live Neon Power.
