Wow, I haven't updated for a few weeks and a ton of eventful stuff has happened. I'm surprised Lisa hasn't admonished me again for not providing her with enough reading material during her breakfast.
For starters, today is Theresa's 22nd Birthday. Happy Birthday T-Bone!
Yesterday was Oozfest. Of course, like every other Oozfest I've ever been in, this one was cold and rainy and miserable. We still had a pretty good time, but it really takes a toll on your body. I'm banged up and bruised. Getting un-muddied after that is an ordeal, let me tell you. After an afternoon of eating, napping, and otherwise recovering, we went out to eat at Applebee's. Good times.
I had three interviews this week. I think they went well, especially the one on friday. That's good, because of the companies I've already interviewed for, that one would definitely be my first choice. I still have a few other things planned for the job search, though, so we'll see how that goes.
Jon, Steve, Lauren, and I finished our senior design project thursday night/friday morning. Another epic ordeal. It came out amazing, I would say. 72 pages of pure engineering nerdiness. We present on tuesday, so wish us luck. It was a huge amount of work, especially for Jon, who did all the solid modeling. I did all the writing and that wasn't a pleasant experience either but I think it came out very nice.
All of my classes are wrapping up. I've finished up Tech. Comm's already, which went very well, and tomorrow we wrap up CAD Applications. Tuesday is the last day for our the senior design project. After that, it's just physics exams on thursday and engineering economy exam a week from tuesday. Then on saturday, I will officially be a college graduate. Wow.
The Spring Gala was two weeks ago, and it was great. It was tons of fun hanging out with pretty much all of my friends for a night, and seeing everyone dressed up. Lisa looked great, of course, and she and I had a fun weekend.
