Yay for a super fun night
Alright so I actually had a Sunday night for once so I made the most of it.
I was STARVING after Team, so I called the wonderful Kristin Lebsack for dinner. She did not eat, but boy did I! I stinking love Cabo San Luis...it's soooooo grood! We ate right in front of the fish tank which was quite fascinating. Here is my favorite conversation from dinner:
Me: Given the opportunity, I'd choose to be a fish over, say...a bird. What would you be, a fish or a bird?
Kristin: Can I be a sea otter?
Me: Uh...okay.
After dinner we decided to go on a mini adventure to the beach to go on the swings. We thought it was cold so we dressed like we were going to the snow complete with beanies, scarves, sweatshirts, gloves and a jacket from the North Face or some outdoorsy company like that. We drank hot tea and marvelled at the 1ooo's of dead, washed up purple sailors. I chased some ducks, not to be mean, but for the love of ducks in general. What animal makes a better sound than a duck??? Nothing! Kristin and I are the best at talking. I love hanging out with her. We're also not that bad at singing Disney tunes, and yes, we do birthday parties so reserve us for your next event. Such a fun night, I loved it!
now it's off to bed. i'm glad that tomorrow is an mlk day monday!
