"Breakfast at Tiffany's"
Why does everyone like this movie so much? Yes, it's a good movie, I love it too, but why?
Is it because Audrey Hepburn is in it?
Is it because women relate to her character?
Is it because the movie is just so freakin classy? The movie is done really really well.
Not every woman that sees this movie can call herself a wild thing. Not every man that sees this movie wants a woman to belong to him.
Is the movie even popular because of the ideas in it?
Do men really want a woman that needs as much help as Hollie does? Or do they just think she's interesting and cute, don't want the other stuff? She is very innocent, in spite of what she does for a living. Maybe that's the draw...innocence? Is that what everyone wants? Women to appear innocent?
Read the book, it's completely different than the movie. Hollie isn't so innocent and she does leave and go to Brazil. I don't remember whether or not there is anything of belong to anyone in it though.
