I have the rest of the day off. So instead of doing homework or anything productive, I'm on the internet and wouldn't you know, I've run out of things to do on it too. I've checked all my e-mail, I don't feel like surfing, but I want to stay on cause I just started messing around with Pandora.
Pandora is a spiffy little website where you can make your own radio station. You type in your favorite song or artist and they do something spiffy that has to do with finding similar songs by mapping the song somehow and you give imput back and it's your own ever evolving radio station. You get to hear artists you've never heard of before too. pretty sweet. I'm pretty sure I read something awhile back about this the Music Genome Project (the whole song mapping thing) in a science or music magazine.
So go to pandora.com This is my 3rd consecutive artist that I've never heard of before, and I like it.
