Could be ghosts again, but I'm not sure whether changing the weather is actually within their power.
...The only other thing I could think of would be something with more power over weather than most Pokemon have. Or the power of some kind of god.

...I still sort of think you might've had something to do with it, though.
Obviously, either way, something's about to happen. It's just a matter of what this is a sign of, and I'm not so sure it's just going to be a storm.

...Not that this is natural, either, but the Unown probably can't control the weather like that. Rubin seems anxious, too, and I'm sure ghosts are more attuned to this sort of thing than we are.

They must be the spirits of dead Pokemon. That's the obvious conclusion. But then, they can lay eggs like other Pokemon can, too, as far as I know. And if Pokemon don't die in battle, there's only old age and accidental deaths...

I mean, this isn't a bad place when things aren't messing up. It's actually nice sometimes. But that doesn't mean I want to spend the rest of my life here.
