Candy in the Land of Baltimore
So being as that I am awake for no particular reason at 4 in the morning, I think I'll post about my day.
Work was pretty alright. I had to deal with the boss moving an ass load of random pieces of furniture around the store because she though a really big piece in the front didn't work well there. Regardless, it still didn't make anything sell. I got to hang out with my buddy Ryan who works with me. We discovered the awesomeness of a dart board and I proved that I suck at throwing objects with the intention of hitting a target. I also managed to get someone to get me a new pair of awesome shoes.
Around 4, my lovely lady showed up and we made our way towards the Senator. We wound up getting lost (no thanks to me), but had one hell of an adventure discovering which roads went to the road we wanted to go to. When we got there, we decided to spend 30ish minutes searching through my old neighborhood. The place has changed some as far as the houses that were there, but it's still pretty ghetto. I felt really weird being as that I'm a abnormally dressed, bald white kid in the middle of the city. We visited a few places such as the house where I used to get candy from. Turns out the lady left two years ago. I'm imagining that me knocking on the random person's back door was kind of scary. The guy was rather friendly though. He was willing to give me her contact info if I wanted it.
After we explored, we hit up Egyptian Pizza and had some grubom with her family. We blew that joint and went to see Harry Potter. Seeing it at the Senator made it that much better. I totally dug the fight scenes and thought that as a movie in itself, it was well done. I especially liked the special effects. The movie didn't end until late, and we came right back here.
