There was so much tv I wanted to talk about last week, but I kept putting it off and now it seems too late and/or I forgot what I wanted to say! So, briefly:
I am still loving Bones, and Booth/Brennan, and everything about that show.
Vampire Diaries is still awesome, and I was crushed that Uncle Sark killed Pearl, though in a way I suppose that raises Anna's chances? Which makes me worry even more for Alaric. I am super looking forward to next episode. This episode also had more scenes of the great bromance of our times, Damon/Alaric, and that fills me with joy.
Fringe was AWESOMESAUCE, and yet I would have been happier with more Noir and less music, or maybe what it needed was more music? It didn't feel like a MUSICAL episode. Meanwhile, I'll just sit here and wait for icons of Noir Olivia, a dame to die for. And also I would love one of Astrid's unimpressed look at hearing of Walter's character Esther Finklesworth. (Lol.)
New Who has finally sold me on River Song, and on Doctor/River, and as a bonus, on Doctor/Jeff, the good-looking one, haha, that amused me. Am loving the theories about the season getting thrown around, too. They are the best sort of delicious.
Back in Classic Who, I still hated Dodo in The Gunfighters, alas, but then The Savages happened and she was the best thing about the story, which I actually quite liked. So, that happened just in time for me to be sad about her fate in The War Machines. God, that was awful. Poor Dodo. The War Machines, though, is still a win in my book, because One is so great in it, and also BEN AND POLLY, POLLY AND BEN. They are fabulous, I wish to keep them forever and ever. I also wish to read Ben/Polly fic, and will be checking ghost2's Rare Pairing lists later, in the hopes that come on, people can't not have written Ben/Polly.
The JJ Abrams spy drama starring Tish Jones got picked up! How awesome is that going to be?
I finally read Coraline yesterday! It was... scary. I was scared. I wish I were half as brave as Coraline Jones. It was so nice to read an actual book, too, I really need to get back into the habit.
