Today's Writers Block questions is "Do you have any hobbies, beliefs, or interests that you share exclusively on LiveJournal? How are your LiveJournal friends different from your offline friends?"
WHICH REMINDED ME, I saw a couple sitting next to me pass the Olive Test the other day! The Olive Test, for people who don't watch How I Met Your Mother (why don't you?), is Marshall and Lily's theory that they are made for each other, since Lily likes olives and Marshall doesn't, so he always gives her his (something like that, it's been a while since I've seen this episode. maybe it's the other way around?). And there they were, the guy giving the girl his olives, and I was having a fannish spaz moment, but I didn't have anyone to share it with me! This seems like as good a time as any to mention that I absolutely love having you guys to talk to, and how awesome it is to have other people who are as interested and as invested in the same things that I am.
I have a new tv love, btw. Castle! I am all caught up now, and it is the most charming little show. The procedure part of the procedural is okay, but really its worth is in showing us how AWESOME Kate Beckett is, as are all other characters, from Ryan and Esposito to Alexis Castle (what a great tv kid!). I'm sad I now have to wait a week for more. Reed Diamond was in an episode, and it made me miss Dollhouse.
