martian rubber bands
MARVELOUS night out with the girls (yesterday). we managed to deal with the whole bowling debacle pretty well, and all met at my place and took off for the movies an hour early. this means that we got to putz around the mall for awhile, which was brilliant. then, we unfortunately ended up sitting with sim and tim during the movie, but whatever, i swear we didnt do it on purpose. then, we were waiting for a ride home, and we were sitting at this table and there's this creepy guy staring at us and listening to every word we say so karen, being that she is brilliant and very very smooth, says "YEAH, SO OMIGOD, HE HAD THE FREAKING BIGGEST DICK I EVER SAW" just as my mother walked up. but that is my life, i suppose.
so the long and short of it is that THANK GOODNESS for scoot, karen, mega, and ani, or i would go mad. stupid wintersong. stupid waiting list. stupid stupid stupid quakers.

i think i'm going to do a bridget jones sort of entry, with the whole numerical update:
times i cut myself on the cheese greater: 1, times i checked email today: 5 (not so good), rooms cleaned: 1 (excellent), sittups: 0 (very bad), pushups: 0 (also very bad), nostalgic thoughts of silver bay: 7,857,492 (wretched), days til kirky's bash: 24 (hmmm), boyfriends: 0
it's times like these that i hate men. all of them. every last one.
(except for schroeder, naturally)
